POSITIVE Rational; - There are those who like to believe that even the most improbable things can become reality through their sheer determination to make it so but Valkari is not so disillusioned by her own desires. She knows what and what can't be done and doesn't see much profit in trying to convince herself otherwise only to be left brutally disappointed. This makes her appear as a pessimist to those who witness this certain trait of her personality, which could be true in a way. However it also serves as a wake-up call for certain enthusiasts who's actions could very well get them killed. Playing the 'voice of reason' is something she'd gotten used to. Sociable; - She's not stunted toward meeting new people however her list of acquaintances far exceeds that of her friends. This could be due to her tendency to manipulate people for her own gain but it doesn't seem to affect her. She'd much rather have the reliable few to trust and depend on, even then it's a rare thing for her to do since Valkari's often quite emotionally guarded. It would solely depend on the length of time she has known someone. She has no problem with remaining curt and polite to unfamiliar faces under normal circumstance. Fun-loving; - Like most she loves to kick back and relax without having to be burdened by the worries of the world. She does her best to not always have to see things in the world as somber or saddening but unfortunately in those terms her rational mind more often than not prevails over it. Otherwise she's not opposed to luxury and the like, instead she embraces any opportunity to do such which might make her appear to be vain but she couldn't care less. As a female she loves to be pampered, and is maybe a bit of a pervert. Adaptable; - If there comes a time where she finds herself in a pickle Val has the mental ability to adapt her ways of daily life to accomadate the change and keep herself from becoming overwhelmed by it. If she ever found herself lost in a forest she'd have the decency to plan effectively rather than run around like a headless Ducklett with no clue what to do. This could also mean she's level-headed in these circumstances which is always a bonus but it isn't only applicable to being stranded in the wilderness. She finds it easy to play certain roles now and then. Intelligent; - Book smarts come as naturally to her as reading and she prides herself in her extensive knowledge of certain things in the world. Of course like always there'd be someone who's more well-versed than her seeing as how she's a mere nineteen years old and many others have years of experience under their belts but she doesn't let that get to her. If given the chance she'll stick her nose in a book or research something of interest to her. NEGATIVE Short-tempered; - It could very well be rounded off to her morph's elemental type, since fire is normally associated with brash tempers but that's not so much the case here. If there's one thing Valkari can't stand it's idiots and when said idiots go and do idiotic things it grinds on her nerves like nothing else. In such a way that she would see no qualms about giving someone a smack over the head for acting rashly and endangering themselves or others. Manipulative; - Everyone likes to get what they want, and Val even more so. Manipulation is a little something she's developed over the course of her life, from the moment she was a small child crying to get what she wanted seemed to have a positive effect to her cause and it still works in the present day because there are those who take pity on a crying woman. Val is also fully aware of her persuasion over the male gender and while she has her self-respect she thinks her body is nothing to be ashamed of and flaunting it even less so. Just not too extensively. Vulnerable; - A young woman who is still susceptible to taunts and being dealt emotional pain. Granted she may not be the strongest in build taking her human physique into account yet she is fully capable of defending herself. Luckily for her the aforementioned assumption of her strength tends to turn the tides in her favour depending on her level of stamina. Despite liking to maintain a strong façade toward others she knows herself how weak an emotional blow can leave her. Indecisive; - Doesn't always know what she wants. If given more than one choice in any situation she will be forced to have an internal battle with herself and roam around all possible pros and cons following each choice. Even then after the analysis she's left with a headache because she just can form a conclusive decision for fear of making the wrong one and having to suffer the consequences. Cowardly; - By no means a revered hero or anything close to the sort. Contrary to the natural power her other self holds she's quite reluctant to use it and wouldn't do so without valid reason. Quite comical to see an Arcanine cower in fear given it's size but sadly for her the cowardice she holds as a human does not exempt in the transition from human to pokemon. She likes to avoid unnecessary conflict when given the chance and although she does have the skill and finesse to excel in combat it doesn't mean she happily complies. Though even she knows it can't always be avoided. Quirks Always twirls a lock of hair when she's reading. Wears revealing clothes depending on the climate. HISTORY & POKEMORPH

Valkari's life consisted of a definitive line of obedience. It could be seen as either a benefit or a curse that she was born the third and youngest child to a wealthy family in the Unova region. The shadows proved to be of no worry at the time of her childhood and said times were peaceful enough to live in. More into the details of her actual birth, she was brought into the world on the 13th day of September. While her mother and father had ventured to Undella Town to celebrate their anniversary it came as a surprise that the woman went into labour a mere three days after arriving. As cliché as the notion seemed her parent did indeed not have much spare time to spend with any of their three children. Her two older brother's seemed indifferent to this fact because they had one another to pass the time with. For fear of being secluded Valkari insisted to be allowed to engage in whatever games they would play which really only left her on the sidelines while the rough-housed with one another in the garden, leaving her to play referee. Her father just happened to be the CEO of one of Unova's most profitable and wealthy shipping industry with her mother at his side with it's overall management. The only times where their absence wasn't always accounted for was certain family holidays but even then they seemed burdened with work. Valkari began to apply herself to her studies in an effort to keep herself occupied and when news reached Unova five years ago of the feared shadows that seemed to be overtaking Kalos her world had changed. Just a year later the shadows grew closer and finally hit her home region and so did the masses cause a hysteria. In an effort to escape it's grasp many of the regions natives fled the land, Valkari and her family included; after all transport as her father occupation even if it was by sea. Obviously through flight the travel would have been much faster but right then they didn't have the luxury of choice, not if they wanted to remain unaffected. Through some sick and twisted show of fate, a malevolent storm came seemingly out of nowhere and in the end capsized the ship. The memories of that night are all still a blur, even after six years she can't recall what exactly had happened. Only that she'd become separated from her family and had somehow wound up on the isle of Morpheus. She was reluctant to believe that both her parents and brothers had been taken by the shadows, or worse drowned following the storm. Her hopes had begun to waver when rationality was thrown into the mix but the fact that she had miraculously survived didn't kill off all of it. From then on er days on Morpheus were spent under the watchful eye of an elderly woman who'd taken pity on the young shipwreck survivor. It was following these year she'd become acquainted with the Chimchar she now calls her partner today. The B&B in possession of the woman who introduced herself as Ethel served as both home and work to Valkari as time went on. Helping around the place since Ethel wasn't getting any younger and was more sluggish in her movements, and partaking in some battling on the side with her fiery primate.
