When Lina has it in mind you can count on her to stay with you through thick and thin. Honest;; Lina has been raised on a no-lying policy she sticks to with passion. When you're looking for honesty expect her to give it to you with a smile. Energetic;; Lina's the type to greet the day with a smile and a skip in her step, wanting to experience all the day can give her. Confident;; The years alone on her own have taught her to keep her head held high and keep strong. Little gets this girl down. Protective;; Lina wants the best for everyone she loves, whether it be friends, her Pokemon or her brother. She's do everything in her power to give her loved ones a happy life, even if it could cost her own in exchange. NEGATIVE Stubborn;; When Lina starts something she sticks through the the stubbornness of a Tauros. Hot-tempered;; More in-tune with her Fire typing, Lina tends to fly off the deep end when insulted/when Lydi is insulted or hurt. It takes a lot of will power and equal stubbornness for her to see reason/keep her from killing the perp. Impulsive;; Most times Lina acts without thinking, which leads her to trouble more times then not. She's getting better at holding herself back, but light her fuse and any self-control is thrown out the window. Pushy;; When Lina wants something she tends to push the issue until it's dead or she gets her way. Normally a very firm no, or preferably getting Lydian, keeps her in line. Wary;; Though Lina doesn't show it, the three years of separation from Lydi had not been kind. Now Lina looks at every stranger with suspicion until they prove they can be trusted - this trait reflects especially on her views of anyone Lydian dates. Quirks Throws her attacks around at people she's mad at. Growls and death glares at people she hates; Lydi's ex-boyfriends especially. Stalks anyone her brother dates until satisfied they'll treat him right. Likes Meat and spicy foods. Fire Pokemon. To use sarcasm. When someone brushes her hair. HISTORY & POKEMORPH

Lina was born the younger of two children, but if that were to get in her way you’d be sadly mistaken. Though her parents treated her well and did their best by her, Lina looked up to and sought out her brother on many occasions. When Lina was old enough to worry about being a bother to her brother Lydian made sure to nip it in the bud. In fact, he accepted his little sister into his life without too much issue, and he was generally rather good at keeping the other children from bullying Lina. He had a generally scary aura, and growing up in a small town located in Kalos, he had very few friends. Though that didn’t stop Lina from seeking out friends of her own - much to the relief of her parents. Over the course of her life Lina started to notice the tension building up between her parents and her beloved brother, mainly about Pokemon training. You see, her father was an elite Coordinator, while her mother was on a short list of competitors expected to one day become a Gym Leader; as might be imagined, they wanted their children to follow in their footsteps, and they began pressuring both children to be more active in learning to train Pokemon. The younger took it better than her brother did, though she had no taste for Coordinating nor liked the responsibilities of the Gym Leader lifestyle, and it wasn't uncommon for the young girl to be on the side-lines as Lydian refused to train whatever Pokemon the pair tried to put him with, usually one of their mother's beloved, and Lina’s favored, Fire-types. It was when she turned twelve when Lydian finally had enough. He was tired of being harassed to take an interest in Pokemon and battle his "friends", and the fact that his parents were starting to do the same to Lina had him just about ready to blow a fuse. He took Lina's hand in his own and then, in the dead of night, the two ran away from home, and Lydian didn't let them stop until they had reached Professor Sycamore's laboratory. The two Bellecourt siblings selected their first Pokemon, thanked him and then they began wandering. Unfortunately, the two could hardly have picked a worse time to try to make it on their own. Within a few months of them running away, the shadows began to fall over Kalos. Lina refused to go anywhere without her brother, and worked her hardest to earn up the money to get them the tickets they needed to escape. Lydian kept a fierce grip on the money they earned and with a rare smile stated they could leave, but he tricked Lina onto a ship and made sure that she left Kalos before the entire region was lost. Lina cried and begged to be sent back, she couldn’t leave her brother behind, but it was too late; the region fell to shadows. For a three whole years, Lina mourned, worked, studied and trained in hopes of one day traveling back to the fallen region of Kalos to look for her brother. She did what she could to survive, keeping her head held high as she lived day-to-day with her starter by her side. It was like any day since the fall of Kalos when to her surprise and deep delight that Lydian contacted her stating he was on his way to the Romantic Isles. He had enough money to purchase a ticket there, and at last the siblings were reunited. Their parents had been declared missing since the shadows first fell over Kalos, so Lydian ended up taking guardianship of his sister as soon as he could, and they settled down in a small place on one of the islands to try to finish out Lina's schooling, the elder wanting her to have the chance to be normal. Of course, the shadows soon put an end to that, and they fled to Morpheus seeking refuge as their home fell to shadow. They've been there ever since, although Lydian often frequents the areas covered in shadow, figuring that if the Pokemon professors say that there's a way to make the world go back to normal, he may as well give it a shot, for Lina's sake. Unknown to Lydian Lina also wanders the shadowed areas, hoping to make her brother proud by helping in the cause to end the shadows.
